Privacy notice

Effective July 13, 2026

This notice explains what the Noumenon website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. It covers noumenon-ai.com and the private-access application on that site.

Information collected

• Application details: the name and email address you choose to submit.
• Messages: information you include when you email or reply about a possible engagement.
• Basic technical records: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, timestamp, and request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

The form does not ask for payment-card, bank, host-login, or local-filesystem information. Do not include credentials, payment data, or other sensitive information in an application or email.

How information is used

Application information is used to evaluate fit, reply about private access, prevent abuse, and keep a record of the conversation. Submission is voluntary. Operational records are used for site reliability and security.

Service providers

The current site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase to receive and store access applications, and Google for hosted fonts and email. These providers may process data in other countries under their own security, privacy, and transfer terms. Noumenon does not sell application information or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The current site code includes no advertising or behavioral-analytics scripts and sets no application cookie. Infrastructure providers may still receive ordinary connection and operational data when their services or resources are used.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to an application, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information you submitted, or object to further contact. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. Send a request from the relevant email address to noumenon.aii@gmail.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

Children

Private access is intended for adults and business use. The site is not directed to children under 16, and Noumenon does not knowingly request their personal information.

Changes and contact
