Website terms
Effective July 13, 2026
These terms cover use of noumenon-ai.com and submission of a private-access application. They do not by themselves create a paid software engagement.
Private-access applications
An application is a request to discuss fit. It is not an acceptance, reservation, quote, promise of delivery, or payment obligation. If a project is a fit, its deliverables, acceptance checks, price, timing, intellectual-property terms, support, deployment responsibility, governing law, and liability terms will be stated in a separate written proposal or agreement.
The delivery boundary
Noumenon is presented as a founder-operated, verified software-delivery service. The website is not a remote shell and does not grant access to host credentials, local filesystems, internal queues, or control-plane authority. Any customer interface is limited to the access expressly provided for a scoped engagement.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or its application form to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person;
- submit malware, credentials, secrets, payment-card data, or material you are not authorized to share;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access and security controls;
- send spam, scams, harassment, exploitative content, or any sexual content involving minors.
Access or communication may be limited or ended when necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights.
Site content and external links
The Noumenon name, site design, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary, lawful use. External services and links are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by these website terms.
No warranty
The public website and application form are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Verification evidence supports an acceptance decision; it is not a promise that software has zero risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noumenon is not liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site. Terms for liability connected to paid work will be set out in the separate project agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes, and contact
The privacy notice explains how application information is handled. These website terms may change as the access model evolves; the effective date will be updated. Questions can be sent to noumenon.aii@gmail.com.
